Frequency: The Power of Personal Vibration
~Penny Pierce

I picked up this book because more and more people around me are feeling their lives are in constant chaos.  They are feeling “cluttered” and overwhelmed.  They are being emotionally drained by the people around them.  And, all of these things are blocking them from the foward flow of their lives…. whether they recognize it or not.

I have done a lot of work with my energy over the past couple years, and have a community of friends and mentors that I work with who help me recognize what energy belongs to me and what belongs to the people and things around me… but is impacting my reality in the moment.  This book is a great resource for understanding how we influence our body, emotions, and thoughts throughout the day with our energy vibrations.  It helps provide an understanding of how conscious cultivation and application of thought energy is the most powerful agent for self-transformation.

We are moving from the Information Age to the Intuitive Age, where collective consciousness is becoming increasingly comfortable with our innate ability to tune in to the higher frequency of “expanded self” – the Authentic Self.

When we awaken to our true nature as energetic beings, when we enter our interiority and begin conscious exploration of the mystery of consciousness, we will “happen to ourselves”.

This is one of my favorite quotes in the Forward of this book:

“For the people who experience the most painful
who feel trapped and hopeless,
Who feel life makes no sense and seems utterly
cruel —
there is a place in the center of each moment,
available right now,
where freedom and compassionate truth wait
to welcome all of us home.”
